The issue arises when mapping fields of a different data type. More specifically, mapping a picklist field (other salesforce) to textbox field (my salesforce).
Is there a way to convert the data in the picklist to a simple string and store it in the textbox field
In the screenshot, you can see I want to map the" Sales Rep (PickList)" field to a textbox field but the textbox field doesn't show up in the drop down.
What should I do to go about this?
