Trying to work with dependent picklists in a screen flow, and I need specified record type picklist values, not the entirety of the picklist values (for the controlling field). Does anyone know how I add that to the screen flow component?

I don't think the out-of-the-box Dependent Picklist component is able to filter the values by Record Type (currently).
Yet, here is a very nice free component that does exactly what you need:
