I have a question reguarding the omni channel (ie) Can a preson account be created as soon as the omni channel is initiated. our org is a person account org and the task is to create a person account as soon as the omni channel chat is initiated. it is creating case and contact but not a person account. I want to know weather we can create a preson account in omni channel ??

It sounds like you are using Live Agent into Omni-Channel, correct? In that case, it does not support that yet, (see https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000E681QAC) unless you are using the snap-in (now called Embedded Service), in which case take a look at https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000cRe9QAE
