Can't edit macro instructions in lightning

Hi all. I'm trying to pass challenge "Create a Macro and Quick Text" in trailhead module "Service Cloud Agent Productivity". Ater creating macro I can't edit macro instructions in lightning experience. Can't edit macro instructions in lightning

 

As you can see on image, macro builder doesn't load, I'm trying refresh page, create new trailhead playground but it doesn't help. Can you help me, please?

    Hi Viktoriia, 

     

    Try removing the Case reference and hitting the 'Refresh' button on the left, it was doing the same for me, that seems to make it load for something reason.
