Is there a process to change some current Accounts to Contacts in SF?

    Hi Diane ,

     

    Please let us know what exactly you are looking to achive. Do you mean you wish to convert Accounts to Contacts,

     

    You can also think of Using Person Accounts for individual customers.

     

    Person Accounts​

     

    Person accounts store information about individual people by combining certain account and contact fields into a single record.
