You may follow below steps:
Go to Setup --> Object Manager -- > click on New Object button -->
Object Name & label as Offer
Record Name as Offer Name
Data Type as Auto Number instead of Text
Mention format as OF-{0000}
Starting number as 1
Save the Object
Go to Fields & Relationships ---> click on New Field
select data type as Currency
click next
enter name as Offer Amount
click next and save the field
follow above stpes for another field
