Administrator Certification Maintenance - Internal Server Error

I'm 5 days before the deadline and I'm trying to complete the Administrator Certification Maintenance (Spring '20 "Get Hands-on with Permission Set Groups") but I'm getting an Internal Server Error when I am in Permission Set Groups in my Playground.  It happens when I click "Permission Sets in Group" to add the two permission sets I've set up for the Trailhead challenge.  

 

Anyone have a suggestion?  I'm worried since I'm getting close to the deadline here.  I've tried setting up a new playground twice, but same error.  Here's the error message:

    Hi Jason,

     

    While Salesforce Support has been notified about the error, I would suggest opening a case because of its urgency.

     

    In general, whenever you see an Internal Server Error you should contact Salesforce Support.
