* '19 Professional edition. Forecasting is not set up.

 

* Have 7 revenue 'buckets' with established $ goals for each

 

* Want to show both existing opps in funnel and closed-won opps in funnel and show where we are in each bucket towards our goal (Bar graph?  One for each is fine.).

 

* Here is a graph I created in SnagIt to show what I'm hoping for.

 

* I could create a report, but not clear on how to establish the goals in the system to compare up against.  

 

* Need to do company-wide, not just individual users.

    Hi Lynette, you could create a summary formula on a report and manually specify the value there (you might only want to apply it to specific groupings, like the grand total).  Then you can compare other numbers in the report against that quota number.
