My view screen has over 2,000 records. I see the double arrow left, arrow left, Previous, Next, arrow right, double arrow right to move from page to page. The double arrow right is faded out and unusable. Do I need to change a setting?

    Hi Lisa,

     

    When a List View returns over 2000 records the option to jump to the end/start is not available. If you have a list view with over 2000 records you probably need to consider breaking it down into multiple smaller list views that each have a more narrow set of filters and so return fewer records. Or if you need to have an overview of all of the "those" records referred to in the original list view then you will be better of with a report.
