I am wokring on the last section of, Share CRM Data with Your Partner>Share Data Using an Account Relationship and I keep getting the same eror message "No Salesforce CRM Content User Licenses Available".
What am I missing?

I deactived a user to free up a lincense and that woked. Thanks.
Now I am geting this one Make sure you enabled the Account Relationship feature in your Trailhead playground.
Everything from what I can tell is correct. I have logged out and back in and refreshed the pages.
