Hi there,

I have an email alert process activated in my organization when someone requests a quote(object). This email is sent directly from the user's company email and it was working perfectly for a year, now it is sending all those emails to spam, not only in my outlook but also to the other 9 persons on my organization that get this email alerts. I would think is my email but I find it odd that it's affecting everyone who receives this alert, also, as I said it worked before, and it only sends the email alerts from Salesforce to spam, other emails from the same person go into my inbox. If you have any suggestions, I will be forever thankful.

Hi Bernardette, yes, you'll probably need some help from whoever manages your internal email service (usually office 365 or gmail) at your company.

If it's office 365, this is how to whitelist your emails: https://www.pei.com/2017/12/whitelist-email-office-365/

    For Gmail: https://support.google.com/a/answer/60751?hl=en

If your email admin asks for IP addresses instead of a domain to whitelist, you can go to Test Deliverability from the setup, and send the test emails to yourself.  (They quite likely will go to your junk folder)  You will get one email from each IP address that Salesforce uses to send out emails for your org with the IP address in the subject and body.

    Hope that helps!
