We are using the case life cycle report to measue how long a case sits on a specific status.

 

Is there a way to remove a status from the calculation? (we would like to create a dashboard that shows the total time of "a combination of status, not all of them).

    If you add a Field Filter and use a Field filter like: 

     

    Filtered By:   

     

    Case History Status [not equa]l to New,

     

    you can just select the Case History: Duration field and Summarize(Sum) to get the duration of just the Stautus values you want
