Pulling Standard Fields into a Custom HTML Template

I have a custom HTML template that was created for me.  I'm trying to change the fields that are highlighted below to pull from the Account object instead of the User object.  I tried to update the fields with the field values that Salesforce provides when building one of their standard HTML templates, but the values do not come through on the email template.  Can anyone help?

    Hi Jeff,

     

    Thanks for the response.  The email is not from the User record. It is being pulled from the Order object and that object has access to the Account record.  Since the email is generated through a scheduled job, the user that will be pulled in is the user we have assigned to run the scheduled job.
