We are converting (in our Sandbox) from an old 2010 vintage NPSP - and want to move away from the old 1x1 Contact to Account model.  I've found the Account Conversion Utility, and have done everything to cleanup any errors.  However, when I run the Utility, it shows 100% Complete, but no batches run, and none of my 1x1 Contacts are separated from the Accounts - nor are any new Household Accounts created or the Individual Accounts converted to Household accounts.   Note - we had no Household Accounts prior to this conversion process - only Individual Accounts linked 1x1 with Contacts & other kinds of accounts for companies, Churches, etc. 

 

Am I missing something?  Isn't this what the Utility is supposed to do?
