Question 2. My problem is that I have a survey that is sent to clients when a project is complete, when the client responds, the new process builder, I have built, will populate my survey object fields correctly. I run into a probelm when I try to mass upload survey information using Data Loader or a third party application, I get a flow error. I'm loading the information to the correct object and mapping the fields. Any idea why this may be occurring?

I think it has to be tied to processes in the same object. I would look there first. If you have a lot, you could use a tool like Eclipse. Or you could trigger the prices while you have a debit log going to see what runs.
