Are there any Apps that are similar to the Stay-In-Touch App that are Customizeable and are useful for client information gathering?

Our company is looking for an App that will allow us to send out customizeable emials to our clients automatically on an annual/semi-annual basis to ensure the contat information we have on file in SalesForce is correct. It needs to be customizeable so that it does not look like a "spam" email to our clients. Stay-In-Touch is not customizeable and we cannot put our logo on the email anywhere, therefor causing the clients to be skeptical about updating their information this way.
