I've been trying to use the Import Wizard for a mass import of new contacts into SalesForce. The information has been organized to match the fields on our Contact Record page (many of which are custom) and been converted to a .csv file, as instructed. When I go through the steps of the Import Wizard, the last message that comes up is that the information already existed - and my new contacts are nowhere to be found. Has anyone else run into this problem? Am I doing something wrong with the mass import?

    Have you tried the Apex Data Loader tool?  You may want to try that.  Question:  Are the contacts associated to specific accounts or are you referring to leads?
