why isn't my link working when it worked fine last week?  I am an administrator, everything was set up, Jigsaw reached out to me and tried to sell me their service and now my link no longer works and I'm told I don't have sufficient priviledges for this.

 

what is going on????

    If you've not contacted support already, I'd open a case and have them look at it.  They should be able to explain why the link no longer works.
