For example when there is an outage from an internet or telecom provider or they working on certain areas to improve connectivity i want to send out mass email to all customers (accounts). In almost every object there is a way to use bulk e-mail (think means the same as mass email) but for account there is only bulk remove accounts. can anyone tell me how to reach all customers at once through mail within Salesforce. We don't want to work with Outlook at all at this point.
