I have a dropdown list of activity types (call, email, etc) and the default was set to "call" . When my team sent out an email blast and used the bcc to salesforce tool, it logged all of the emails as "calls". 

 

I've since changed the default to "email" but  is there a way to easily mass update all of those "calls" and change the type to "email" ?
