My customer service team used to be able to filter on the description field (searching for key words).  You can no longer do this. Did I miss something on a new release?

 

Also, does anyone have a work around?

    I didn't think you could change a standard field, but the Salesforce support agent thought that I could put in a ticket to have them do something on the backend, such as change the field type.  (sounded odd to me)
