I have some questions regarding the Case Lifecycle. I ask these question because I have a Case Lifecycle report that is showing every case by row, and it is showing the case status Duration by column. Some Status are showing as a Duration value zero, even though the case has been in that status for many days.
Q1: How is the Duration SUM being calculated for a Case Lifecycle Report?
Q2: Can the Lifecycle report be used to calculate how long a case stays in each status?
