It's easy to do, but kind of hidden! :)
There is a field on opportunities that record the date of the last activitiy. The field is called "Last Activity Date". This would be your best bet as a starting point. You could then use "Last Modified" as an additional filter (if needed).
To make the report more useful you can do the following:
- Use filter logic (click on "Add" button to add one) to be able to use OR instead of AND for your criteria
- Date field: show all time
- In the date filters, you can use LAST x DAYS to limit results to the rolling last x days.
You might need to tweak the criteria to match your exact use cases but this should help you get started. Let us know if you have any questions or get stuck as you go through the steps.
