User unable to get into salesforce

So I reset this users's password by clicking the RESET PASSWORD for them in the MANAGE USER section. However, the user is being asked what their pet's name is. Says they never set this up (have never had a pet). Everytime I do this it's asking her for this. I then asked her to try the Forgot Password link on the login page and she's running into the same roadblock. Is there a workaround for this or how do I get her in?

    Hello Stefanie,

     

    If you are the admin, log in as the user and then navigate to:

     

    My Settings -> Personal -> Change my Password

     

    Hello Stefanie, If you are the admin, log in as the user and then navigate to: My Settings -> Personal -> Change my Password Set a temp login and security answer. Later ask the person to change it.
