Has anyone tried to use Group Edition Mode in a B2C environment i.e where the account is effectively a named individual. Can't afford to upgrade to higher editions with " people account" so looking for people with experience on making it work on Group Edition
Any suggestions much appreciated

Business accounts available in: All Editions except Database.com
Person accounts available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
So it is not available for 'Group Edition' .
You could try and see whether you can custom design (Using VF and Apex) the app based on your needs and requirement..
