I received a request from a director asking for a dashboard... He wants part of the dashboard to show him what each of his reports are doing in salesforce in regards to changing fields... Other than using history reports (and there is not one general history report.. and that would only show the fields we are tracking changes on) ... has anyone else done something like this?

 

Basically, he wants to see what his staff is doing in SF and making sure they are using the tool..

 

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!!

    Thanks Steve.. thats exactly what I was thinking... the problem with chatter is it is going to be "buried" for lack of a better word....unless I create a chatter group that feeds this information... but even that would not be the greatest as I think he wants some metrics..
