Once a week I get the following email, click on the link and download the data to one of my Company's shared drives.
Does anyone know how I could automate this process?

There is really no way to do this natively from within salesforce.com. However there is a service from Informatica called the Data Replication Service that can do it. You will need to investigate the cost/benefit analysis for your own situation as it is not a free service.
