The question is: I am basically from India, living in Finland, I have a valid work permit visa. (NOT yet citizen of the country). I checked the list of companies, they are no companies in Finland hiring the entry-level talents from this fair. I have other options in Northern and Southern European countries and France n UK. 

1.  I need work sponsorship in every other country I apply to, can I still visit the employer's page? Bit confused. 
2. how about the remote jobs?
