Hello All,

I'm to trying to set one of following while converting Lead to Patient,

1. Ability to set default "Care Plan Template" once lead is converted to Patient, Or

2. Ability to select "Care Plan Template" while converting lead to patient.

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
