I am wondering if someone can help me - see attached document for screenshots. I am trying to sort out my campaign member statuses.

I have set them up in setup (page 1). I am logged in a system admin, have marketing user ticked and have rights to edit campaign member status.

I have set up a campaign (page 2), when I go into the campaign member status related list (page 3) and click "new", the page opens but is blank (page 4) and I can't do anything to add those other statuses that I need.
