Hello, I am looking to get clarification about how to sync incoming lead emails into essentials. I have a web-to-lead form that works and I can send an email response within SF to a manually entered or web-to-lead lead. When the lead responds to me, I see their email response in my inbox but the activity is not logged in the lead record.
Given that email-to-lead is not available with essentials, is the only option for logging incoming communication from leads through the Gmail/Outlook integration and manually clicking "log in salesforce" from within your email inbox?

With Einstein Activity Capture, what if you don't want every email to sync with salesforce? My email is used for a lot of different types of communication and I am only interested in syncing sales emails.
