Hi, we use Salesforce as a CRM and Service Cloud to track direct services to our non-profit clients.  The only interaction the general public has with us through Salesforce is with Live Agent which is on our separate non-Salesforce website, and SMS Magic.

 

We do have a "resource lookup" on our website, www.vanetwork.org, that pulls its data from our Salesforce instance.

 

Will any of this be affected by the updates?
