I am creating external data source to connect the data of sharepoint to the salesforce but in the "Type" section, I am unable to find "File content: Microsoft SharePoint Online". I am referring to the below blog available on salesforce.

Hi @juhi Lilani I spoke to our support team. It looks like you have not verified the user associated with this Trial Org (via email) which is why you aren't able to properly access support here.
I can't submit a case on your behalf since it isn't verified, but to verify it you can find the verification email and follow the steps there to verify it.
If you can't find the email, you will need to create a new Trial or you can use the other username that is showing in the tile in the screenshot to access support.
