When I am installing the Health Cloud managed package I am directed to Login my Prod and I don't want to install it there - I want it in a sandbox first. After I login in I get the standard options to lnstall for Admins or All Users... If I hit install I fear it will install into Prod and not give me options for sandbox. What do I do?

The link you click to install just has to be changed to point to your sandbox.
For example:
http://industries.force.com/healthcloudis a redirect to

If you click the following link, you can install it in a sandbox:
