Hi 

From service console, our agents replied to a Facebook post using a  Message.  they get this error:

error.network.scope

 

Do you Know what's mean this error???

    Normally, this error is due to one of the following situations: 

    .

     #1. the user who added/authorized the FB account in Salesforce does not have the Admin role on the Facebook Business Page. (Some roles like Editor or Moderator give some level of advanced access to the page, allowing these users to add or reauthorize the page, but they do not comprise the full scope of required permissions for the page to work properly, so the error will occur at some point).

    #2. The Second Factor of Authentication settings in the Facebook Business Manager and on the personal profile of that user are not consistent (2FA must be activated or deactivated in both instances).
