They have changed the exam outline and have increased the User Interface percentage to 25% (from 10% in the older outline). Also, passing score is 62% now. See, https://trailhead.salesforce.com/help?article=Salesforce-Certified-Platform-Developer-I-Exam-Guide#about-exam
