Hey,
Trying to add a Gmail account to Einstein Activity Capture and getting the following error "We couldn’t connect your account, it might be because you were added to the activity deletion list. If so ask your Salesforce admin to deactivate your user record and reprovision you as a new user, then try again."

User Settings > Email > Einstein Activity Capture > Settings
Click "New Account"
Click "Connect my Google Account"
Error.

Googling the error returns nothing much. Nothing in the docs.
We have recently reset our activity capture settings if that helps point you in the right direction.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
An idea has already been posted and multiple customers have upvoted to that idea. The only work around available for now is to deactivate the user and provision the person as a new user.
