I am in the beginning stages of implementing FSC for a bank where we have both Retail Banking and Wealth Mgmt. I am attempting to map my data from my operations systems to be able to insert/update the data as needed. For the Financial Accounts, I am struggling to determine which of the various record types to use as there appears to be overlap between the types. For example, should I use Checking Account vs. Bank Account? Should I load my loans into the Financial Accounts or into the Assets & Liabilities? If I load them into the Financial Accounts, do I use Mortgage/Auto vs. Loan Account? The main difference I've found so far is what is visible between the Wealth Management vs Retail Banking apps. I've not yet found any documentation that provides this level of information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
