Identifying account teams with duplicate team roles.

Hello,

I'm looking for some help/advice for the best way to identify account teams that have multiple users within the same team role on a household. Ideally, each account team would have 1 user for each role, but from time to time an additional user is added to the account team and assigned a role that is already assigned to a different user.

Is there a way to create a report that would help identify account teams that have 2 users assigned to the same team role?
