Looking for best practice here....

We have a holiday coming up next Thursday (11/28), so we marked our techs off on that day.

We want to go ahead and open them up on one of their days off (this Monday). Currently on the Gantt chart there is gray area on that day representing the Field Technician does not have assigned operating hours.

Any thoughts or strategies on how to do this?

We thought about changing their Operating Hours, but we try to schedule out for 2 weeks, so this would have an effect on the following weeks time slots.
