Who has experience with Campaign cloning in Lightning? In Campaigns we have set up templates that marketing uses to draft new ones with a number of default settings and values. In Classic you can clone campaigns and this includes the member statuses. In Lightning there's no such thing.
I've been able to create a value with the process builder, but it overwrites all existing ones with a duplicate of it's own as the campaign needs a default and a responded value.
It's good to overwrite the existing values as we don't use them. But actually we have a number of values needed with each campaign template, and I receive process errors on the multiple values when I clone a campaign in the sandbox.
Error message:
"We can't save this record because the “Member Status Cloning” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. This error occurred when the flow tried to update records: FIELD_NOT_UPDATABLE: You must have a default campaign member status. Set another status as the default and try again.. You can look up ExceptionCode values in the SOAP API Developer Guide. Error ID: 134266033-18391 (224979305)"
Thanks for the update @Victor So! Now I remember this idea indeed! I've promoted it about 10 months ago, so I notice in the comments... It slipped my mind but good that this is getting attention from the dev team currently!
