How can I stagger my email sends that handle a large list? Anyway that I can make them not all go at once without building out a whole engagement program? I think Hubspot and Marketo have stagger options.

I don't think there's a way to schedule a staggered send. You'd need to break your large list down into smaller ones, either through segmentation as Julie mentioned or by splitting the original list.
