Hi All,

I am unable to convert candidate patient to patient. An error is popping up "PATIENT CONVERSION FAILED ". Can anyone help me on this pls

    I keep getting this in multiple Sandboxes.One got solved due to field Access in Contact - Birthdate

    So my suggestion is

    First check Contact Cases and Accounts Field Access for the profiles you are using.

    Also check 2 case team roles ,Patient and Care Coordinator

    If all this is right raise case with Salesforce

    Would be glad to know any resolution in your particular case.
