We are currently trying to combine most of IT solutions to one combined software solution. We use salesforce for our sales team and are working on the service cloud for our support team. The next step will be a RMA system. Today we have a formula on the webpage, filled out by the clients that then creates a RMA case in a CRM system. We would like to do this through the service cloud, or at least a compatible application.
I have not been able to find anything that fits our needs, so now i am looking towards the community for help.

We are developing a new webpage and as soon as i know exactly how everything will work, i will ask our web developer to fill in all the information here in this case, so you know exactly what it is we need.
I needed to make sure that it was possible to use salesforce, or any plug-in's to salesforce, to do it, before i asked our developer to move forward with it.
