Hi,
We are having API (inbound) Integrations from three different 3rd party systems. Like Formstack, Docusign for Salesforce. Cases get created in our salesforce when they submit from third party. Now I am checking to make sure all these integrations work fine without any disruptions even after July 22nd. How do I find that these inbound connections have TLS 1.1/1.2 enabled? Do I have to contact Formstack and Docusign and tell them to enable TLS 1.1 and or 1.2 to make sure these integrations work without any disruptions.
Also how do I find out what all integrations we have made in our org.
Please help me with answers.
Hi @Preethi Thota There are a few different ways that you can verify these integrations support TLS 1.1 or 1.2.
- Download the login history for the integration user, and review the "TLS Protocol" Column.
- You can test these integrations in a sandbox org. TLS 1.0 was disabled in sandbox on June 25, 2016, so if they are able to connect, there will be no impact.
- You could also try connecting them to the test endpoints we have set up, found in our TLS 1.0 Disablement article here:
