When I register for http://www2.developerforce.com/en/events/workshops/ELEVATE_Minneapolis_4_29_14_Programmatic_Heroku it takes me to the developer force page. I did not get an email or a message confirming my registration.

    Hi Raji! Oh no!

    I sent an email to Salesforce informing them of the situation - I'll reply back here as soon as I hear something back.
