In my case I had renamed the Tab/Label for Campaign to Tour. Resetting it to default worked for me.
Others have also suggested ensuring the Layout is saved (don't use quick save), and Ensuring a Lightning page with a details tab is active and set as org default.

In the Agentforce Contact Center module, I created a new Trailhead Playground (no pre-built org provided), but Communication Channels does not appear in Setup Quick Find, which blocks progress.
Is a specific license, permission, or feature required for this module, or is there a correct type of playground we should use?

@Raju Petluri I have clearly mentioned that I created a new Trailhead Playground as no org was provided with the module. The newly created org is obviously not enabled for the communication channels feature. If you go to the module, you will find the same.
I've posted this issue again as I tried several options I;ve been advised but nothing seem to work and I keep getting - "Einstein is not enabled in your org. Make sure you turn it on in the Einstein Setup section."
I've refreshed several times, still not working.
I tried the Salesforce Go still doesn't work
I tried creating a new playground using another email address but still not working.
Just to add that I also contacted the Agenforce bot and it advised ont he following but I have no idea how to check my permissions per below :

Hi everyone,
After an exam revocation on October 3, 2025 , my Trailhead account now only shows the "Test Center" option for every certification. The online proctored option is completely missing.
I opened a support case, but it was closed with no fix. Has anyone experienced this? How can I get the online proctoring option restored?
I rely on online exams due to location constraints. Any advice or escalation contacts would be greatly appreciated.

You are right as option is not available in few countries and few certifications. Re-Open the case and request them to provide the online option.

I am basically trying to login to resposond to the event notification, but always locked logged out as soon as I try to RSVP. tried different browsers already. I reach to this page through link
and then I get an error message
anyone else facing the same issue? how to resolve it?

We can’t find a Get Records element called Get Newly Created Refund Request, or it isn’t configured as specified. Make sure you've updated the existing element's label and the API name is updated to Get_Newly_Created_Refund_Request . The filter condition should match on the value {!Create_Refund_Request} and the element should store the new Refund Request record in the {!refundRequestOut} variable with the fields specified.

I was trying to schedule a certification exam, but it is asking me to complete the profile due to the shift of the certification portal to Trailhead Academy. It's asking for Legal Name, i.e,. First Name and Last Name, but I don't have the last name on any government-issued ID.
Please suggest the next steps.

Hello @Akashdeep kamra, were you able to set your legal name without last name. I logged a case and support said they will use . or , as last name.
