What is best strategy for handling spam type questions entering via E2C services? Client has asked to give case delete permissions to a couple of agents but I’m looking for better option. Wondering if it makes sense to add “cancel” (closed) status tho have them move to that status then setup Einstein to learn from those and potentially move future “spam” directly to cancel status. Thoughts? #Service Cloud #CaseManagment #Email #Einstein Email Insights

@Douglas Vann  Thank you for your response and sharing what you are doing, I like what you have done and was heading to something similar when I wondered if we could somehow leverage Einstein to do some of the "blacklisting" itself, with some review.  Still thinking and hoping others will see this and share their thoughts.  In either case, I will be sure to share what I end up doing.  Thank you.

The standard report types include the Activity Metric Objects @Jean-Paul Antona but custom fields should appear in both Report Types

Hi all,

Has anyone had a play at creating custom rules for Einstein email insights? Curious to learn how others are utilizing this

We have added two so far:

Issue/Concern - emails containing: terrible, unhappy, unsatisfied, upset, angry, lousy, unsatisfiable, poor, awful

Signing Process - emails containing: procurement, sign, signature, e-signature, counter-sign, procuring

This is an Einstein Email Insights question, I hope that someone has the answers.

Einstein Email Insights uses six standard sets of keywords, and ten sets of up to ten more keywords each set.

Where can I access the current keywords already in play?

The Standard and the Custom lists are closed once active. I don't want to rehash the same words I have already used but now the Boss is excited to use Salesforce and I have no way of remembering what I put into the Custom Insights almost a year ago.

I turned them off for a few minutes to see if anything opened but nothing noticeable happened.

Hi @Alex Nyc can you give me a little more info about which cloud product you're using the email? (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc?) thanks!

I have spent tireless hours trying to figure out how to turn on email tracking for a Campaign of 950 members. I will be sending all campaign members an email and during my tests, it says "Not Tracked".

Things I have tried:

- Enabling Einstein Email Insights

- Disabling Einstein Email Insights

- Trying to report on HTML emails (doesnt work)

Please help!
