#Salesforce Platform토론 중인 항목 10개

I’m working with a Salesforce Flow that processes a relatively large number of records, and I’m looking for ways to improve its performance and reliability.

The Flow currently performs several record queries and updates during execution. As the amount of data increases

,

the Flow takes longer to complete and can sometimes approach Salesforce governor limits.

What are some recommended approaches for optimizing a Flow in this situation? For example, would reducing Get Records operations, using collections more effectively, or moving some logic to Apex help?

I’d appreciate any practical suggestions or best practices for designing scalable Salesforce Flows.

    Hi @James K.k

The biggest win is usually reducing database operations, not just reducing Flow elements.

I’d bulkify the Flow around collections, eliminate Get Records/DML inside loops, and query only the fields/records actually needed. If the volume or logic still pushes governor limits, I’d move that part to Apex and let Flow handle the orchestration.

    @Amar Rawal

If this is your own Developer Edition org, there isn't a separate Salesforce admin you can contact—the org owner (you) is the administrator.

Unfortunately, if you can't reset your password because you don't remember the challenge/security question, there is no self-service way to bypass it.

    Here are your options:

    • First, try the Forgot Your Password? link on the login page and see if you can reset it using your registered email.
    • If the reset process requires the security question and you can't answer it, you'll need to contact Salesforce Support. Since you can't log in to create a case, use the Salesforce Help site and choose the "Can't log in" or login/access support option, or use the contact options available there.
    • If Salesforce Support can't verify ownership of the Developer Edition org, they may not be able to recover access. In that case, you may need to create a new Developer Edition org and reconnect it to your Trailhead account.

    Please check the following:

    • Verify that the user has the required Case object permissions (Create, Read, Edit).
    • Check the user's Profile/Permission Set and Case record type access.
    • Make sure the Case Status, Origin, and required fields have valid values.
    • Check whether any Validation Rule, Flow, or Apex Trigger is preventing Case creation.
    • Review the Debug Logs for the user and try creating the Case again to identify the exact error.

API: lightning/modal (LightningModal)

- Property: disableClose

- Expected: close button should be suppressed

- Actual: Modal still closes despite disableClose = true

- Condition: LWS enabled (Locker not in effect)

- Reproducible: 100% / Intermittent

- API Version: xx.x

- Org Type: Sandbox / Production / Scratch Org

- Workaround attempted: [none / custom CSS / manual event interception]

    Hello @Michael Huang

    • Confirm LWS state properly, since stale caching can make behavior look like it's tied to LWS when it's just browser cache — refresh + hard clear cache before trusting the repro.
    • Check whether the "close" the user triggers is the built-in header icon/ESC, or a custom button/action — if custom, that's expected behavior, not a bug.
    • Check reactivity: if disableClose is set via mutating a property on an object rather than reassigning it, LWS's proxy membrane can silently swallow that mutation for cross-namespace objects — leading to disableClose never actually flipping to true from the modal's perspective even though your component "sees" it as true. That's a classic LWS mutation-alternatives issue and worth checking with the LWS Distortion Viewer.
    • Verify ESC-key handling isn't attached at document/window level in a way that crosses the LWS namespace boundary (also part of the mutation/proxy troubleshooting docs).

I sent Org Email verification to Salesforce users 2-3 months ago and the respondents were able to verify their email. However, I am following up with non-respondents this last week and none of them are able to complete the Org Email Address verification flow. I confirmed our Email Domain in SF and SF is successfully sending emails.     Typical Steps to recreate:

  1. User receives verification email.
  2. User clicks to verify and the sender's email address (mine) displays as the default for username.
  3. The user overwrites my username, enters pw and submits, but the login screen refreshes to default my username.

The user is now caught in this cycle. Clearing browser cache or using Incognito has not helped.    Any ideas as to why this may be happening? I appreciate any trouble shooting thoughts.    Chuck

This is very frustrating... ever since they took away the "Create Case" button on the Salesforce Help page, I've needed to use Agentforce to open cases for our org.

Since yesterday morning (02-Jun) around 9:30 AM, I've been getting the following error after providing more details to Agentforce on what I want in the body of the case:

"

We couldn't load the case form right now. Please try again or contact support if you need assistance. Agentforce is still available while this issue is being resolved.

"

Calling in to speak to a human is no use, because... well... it just routes me to the "voice" version of Agentforce.

This is fairly time sensitive.  Any ideas?  Is this a known issue actively being worked?

My Safari users are receiving the following error when they are attempting to access any Dashboard or reports.

TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'this.getContext().Ba')

I am currently having them switch over to Chrome which is not showing any issues, however, they would like to be back to Safari as soon as possible. We have tried clearing caches, restarting, confirming any updated are completed, but they are still seeing this "sorry to interrupt" error. Any advise?
