When I am filling out the form created in CMS Workspace, after submitting the form, the flow is showing 0 run count, and no new lead is created. I hard-coded every required field those are not available in my form and mapped with Data Space (lead) as well

We have upgraded on SDK 9.0 react plugin a few days ago and since then some clients have reported infinite loop loading that is not fixed until re-installation of the app happens.
Our engineers have spent the last few days and have identified that the issue was causing by the SDK triggering a Right to be forgotten state for some clients - completely randomly; we cant identify any pattern other than its happening on IOS only.
Because this is happening so randomly the only fix was to go back to sdk 8.
Has anyone ever noticed/experienced something similar? Other known bugs etc?

I’ve seen similar issues when upgrading to a new version of the Marketing Cloud SDK, so I totally understand how frustrating this can be. In my experience, the Right to Be Forgotten feature can sometimes trigger unexpectedly on iOS due to certain device or app state conditions, and it can be tricky to pinpoint a clear pattern. We ran into random loops as well, and the only reliable workaround at the time was indeed rolling back to the previous SDK version until the next patch fixed the behavior.
It seems like this kind of issue is not uncommon with major SDK updates, especially around features that enforce privacy restrictions. Keeping the team updated through Salesforce’s developer release notes and known issues forum helped us anticipate and handle similar cases. Hopefully, future SDK releases will resolve this random triggering so you can upgrade without these loops.

I am currently working on the IP warm-up. The IP status is already green, but while performing the warm-up for
Microsoft domains, we are getting Block Bounce errors. We have updated all the DMARC records, and the IP is green. Could you please help me understand why we are still receiving block bounces specifically for Microsoft domains (AOL, Hotmail, Outlook)?

During IP warmup, it is common to get block bounces, this is because the IP is new and you are gradually building its reputation and these usually go away on their own as you proceed with IP warming. But however, if they don’t, then you can submit IP mitigation request to Microsoft directly or raise a case with Salesforce support. (monitor the volume you send to these domains, split the audience and send to engaged subscribers only) You can continue to send emails and following best sending practices.

I’m looking for a REST API to create a User-Initiated Email in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). If you have any suggestions or guidance on this, I would greatly appreciate your help.
Yes, you can create an SSJS script with SOAP API in a Code Resource under CloudPages and call the Code Resource URL through an API.
However, I would recommend shifting from User-Initiated Sends to Journey Builder with an API Entry Event. Build a journey that sends the email, and trigger it via REST API by inserting a record into the entry Data Extension.
